Studio/office space has become available at The Guild, and is ready for rental NOW.

The Guild is currently tenanted (long term) by Music PEI, Pride PEI, Stoic Land Management, Lens Make a Picture, Island Confidential, David Rashed’s The Studio at The Guild, the Fédération Culturelle de Î-P-É and This Town Is Small. Short term tenants occupy The Guild's Black Box space and include over 80 individual artistic and non-profit users in a variety of purposes, from music to theatre, comedy to improv, visual arts to dance.

Our developing tenant policy requires tenants to have a commitment to activating The Guild’s public spaces via your activity, and with your community. We envision The Guild humming with creative life - and our long term tenants play a key role in this vision. Every artist deserves an inspiring space to create. Studio/office detail:

Office/Studio #309 measures 132 square feet (11 feet by 12 feet - not a perfect square).

The rate is $25 per square foot (a monthly total of $275 plus HST).

·      Access: Keys/ stairwell only (no elevator currently, though installation of a new one is planned for this year)

·      Includes: Heat/air/electricity, access to shared kitchenette and washrooms, and the room has new carpeting and windows that open wide.

·      Benefits: Tenant rates for rental of public Guild spaces

·      Does not include: Wifi, personal office cleaning
