Any Art Form, Public, Ticketed or Unticketed. Examples include plays and readings, concerts, poetry slams, etc.

Tech: Includes a technical call of 5 hours for all Black Box Performance Rentals. Please note that this minimum call would include the setup and dismantle of your tech requirements. Our techs require a break at the 5-hour mark if going beyond 5 hours. Your 5-hour block also means that you can access the space at the start time and must be entirely packed up and out by the finish time.

Front of House: Rental includes a front-of-house manager for a 5-hour call.

Bar Availability is included for 19+ and live theatre shows and is charged at an additional rate.

Additionally, where live or recorded music is used: $15 for licensing fee + $35 or 3% of ticket sales, whichever is greater.

Any Art Form, non-public. Does not need to be linked to Guild Presentation/Outcome.

Provides access to Black Box ‘Floor’ Area and Dressing Rooms. NO access to house technical system (sound system, stage lighting, mics, etc.).

One staff member will be on hand. If the house technical system is required, a minimum call of 4-hours is required.

Please note that this minimum call would include the setup and dismantling of your tech requirements. Your block also means that you can only access the space at the start time, and must be entirely packed up and out by the finish time.

$260 + HST - Booked in 4-hour block.

Includes technician support. Additional time is charged at $65 an hour.

Provides access to Black Box ‘Floor’ Area and Dressing Rooms. A technician must be there to provide support for staging and theater lighting.

$15 per hour booked in hourly blocks.

Available 9AM - 5PM, TUE - FRI.

Out of hours not available under this rate.

Third-floor meeting room for up to 20 persons.

Currently only accessible via staircase.
