Tech: The minimum technical call of 4 hours is required for all Black Box Performance Rentals. Please note that this minimum call would include the set up and dismantle of your tech requirements. Your 5 hour block also means that you can access the space at the start time, and must be entirely packed up and out by the finish time.

Additional where live or recorded music is used: $15 for licensing fee + $35 or 3% of ticket sales, whichever is greater.

Bar Availability is at an additional cost.
