Includes: A technical call of 5 hours is for all Black Box Performance Rentals. Please note that this minimum call would include the set up and dismantle of your tech requirements. Your 5 hour block also means that you can access the space at the start time, and must be entirely packed up and out by the finish time.

Include: Front-of-house manager for 5-hour block.

Includes: Bartender for 19+ and theatrical performances.

Additional where live or recorded music is used: $15 for licensing fee + $35 or 3% of ticket sales, whichever is greater.
