Hours of Operation

Winter Hours (September – June)
Tuesday to Saturday, Noon to 5pm and 1 hr prior to show time and as warranted for special presentations.

Summer Hours (July & August)
Tuesday to Saturday: 12-5pm and 1 hour prior to shows
Sunday & Monday (show nights only): 6:30-8:30

Our Box Office staff is instructed to gather data research on our patrons for promotional initiatives, and future marketing / fundraising purposes. Your provision of this information is strictly voluntary.  Any data garnered will NOT be distributed to third parties.

Service Charges

There is a $1 service charge included for tickets purchased to on-site events. Please note this fee may change without notice.

Ticket Exchanges / Refunds

We will gladly refund or exchange any ticket up to the last business day prior to the performance, minus a $1service charge. No exchanges or returns are accommodated the day of the show.

 

A Friendly Reminder

In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance.  These guests will be seated when it will not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the performance.  For the comfort of guests with allergies, please refrain from wearing fragrances in our theatre.

For copyright purposes, the use of cameras, video cameras, and sound recording devices is prohibited in our theatre.  Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers before entering the theatre.
